"quit beating yourself up" and films

not feeling the best today, but that phone call with him sure make me feel a little happier and sure about myself and wherever i am going. don't worry i will always remember all your words of encouragement and keep it with me for the bad days :)

sometimes you tend to lose yourself easily as you see many amazing works out there. but, always always remember to be yourself. only by being yourself, will you then be able to create something that nobody else can follow and make the most out of it! for me now, i waver a lot. i see many good artist that i wish to become, and i am so immersed in wanting to be them that i forgot that i am me instead. but at the end of the day, you'll be dead beat trying to be someone else. so come back to being yourself

sorry for rambling so much, i guess these are just compiled feelings over the month. also, i have been eating frosties almost every night now and its not going good. even when i'm full, i feel the need to have frosties while re-watching friends before i can go to bed. 

i have many many many assignments too.. many many things to do..... i miss lying on my bed for just one full day.

Another month, hello October!

So another month is soon to be over, and we are one more month closer to Christmas(yay!)

For the last week of September.. pretty much enjoying my one week of term break before a crazy semester starts. I have lessons till 10pm almost everyday, oh dear.......

The haze has been pretty bad lately but it comes and go. Mid autumn festival was fun, drinking chinese tea cup after cup.

lately i have been SOOOO busy rushing out my final projects. first submission and presentation will be tomorrow. and then two more next week!

made a list of things to get done with during the holidays. i have to send my macbook for repair. it crashed thrice and all three times when i'm on illustrator before i got to save my files, so i had to start all over again.

SEPTEMBER ALREADY

i know its only tuesday of the week but here is a bit of what happened during last week and a bit of this week (i should name this section something tacky like recap tuesday or weekly recap or.. what happened during last week featuring spill overs of this week) :

SG night fest. crowd was crazy. didn't manage to roam around much but caught this amazing performance with angels/cupids dangling high up in the air and confetti floating around

 golden hour once again and this is my home town 

 late birthday treat from work. earl grey tea cake was soooo yummyyy....

so sad i didn't get to sit at my favourite spot in the bus

 can't wait for friday.. 

i would love to dedicate a whole post to show my love for longboarding but nah i know its crazy. but oh my goodness this piece of carefully crafted bamboo piece with 4 wheels is so much fun!!! u-turning going round and round. i have a huge bruise and an injury from it but still I WANNA LONGBOARD FOR LIFE.
